It All Starts With Love

Deciding to go to church can be a little scary for someone who has never been before. Sometimes we think that we need to know everything before we can serve the Lord. The truth is that it all comes down to one thing—love. God sent His son to die for us. Not because He had to, but because He loved us before we were ever born.

From the beginning God has protected and loved us. Even when we did bad things. His love is not based on a set of guidelines or conditions. It is a pure love that we can’t even explain. When we allow Him to come into our lives, He puts that same love in our hearts and it lights up our soul.

Regardless of how other people treat us, the amazing love inside of us forgives and loves everyone. We don’t have to know it all to serve God. He guides us and loves us right where we are. God wants what is best for us. He wants us to grow into the person that He created us to be. The only way that we can reach our full potential is if we allow Him to be the center of our lives. When God becomes the most important part of our lives, then He will strengthen every other part, and bring a peace and joy in our hearts that we can’t even explain.

God’s light overcomes the darkness. During the valleys of my life, He is always there. He helps me through every obstacle and loves me through each hardship. When my own strength fails, God’s strength begins. When I’m uncertain and fearful, He whispers peace to my troubled soul. His comfort is always within my reach. He always gives me what I need, when I need it.

Regardless of where you are in your life, God loves you—unconditionally. You don’t have to earn His love, you just have to accept it. Accepting Him and allowing Him to come into my heart was the best decision of my life. I’ve never regretted loving and serving Him. Do you know God? Is He a part of your life? Chose Him today, and allow His love to transform your life.

Love and blessings,

Candida
