Share the Good

It is so easy to get sucked into the world of negativity. If we turn on the news for just a few minutes, we hear about the bad that is happening in our world. When we only hear the bad, it makes us question if there is still good people, doing good things in this world.

Whatever we focus on, we will get more off. In fact, Facebook is set up to show us more of what we like. So if we like and comment on the bad stuff, soon that it all we will see. Facebook will assume that we like all the negativity and give us more of it.

The same is true for positive, inspirational post. The more we share our faith, love, and positivity with the world, the bigger the difference that we can make. Honestly, I don’t have any space in my life for negativity. I refuse to focus on the bad because I sure don’t want it to multiply. So I ignore it. I don’t give it any of my time or attention.

What if we all committed to only sharing the good and only focused on the good in our lives? What if we really looked for our daily blessings and spent more time praising God for His goodness? That is my challenge to you. Let’s share the good.

From my gratitude journal:

Thank you Lord for waking me up this morning. I feel great and I’m so grateful. Thank you for the healing of my body. Thank you for saving my soul. I love my church and I’m so grateful that I get to go there this morning and worship you. I’m thankful for the peace in my soul. Thank you for my family and their health. Thank you Lord, for hearing and answering my prayers. It is such a blessing to get to talk to you. Thank you for always being by my side and helping me through all of my challenges. And for my husband who cooks me breakfast on Sunday morning. :)

Our lives are filled with blessings. We just have to open our eyes and hearts to receive them.

Love and blessings,

Candida
